Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
PromptLabs Global Company Limited ("PromptLabs Global", "we", "our" or "us") develops and publishes mobile applications for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy applies to every app we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store (the "Apps") and to the website promptlabsglobal.com.

2. Information we collect
Our Apps are designed to work without an account. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, home address or other directly identifying information, and we do not run our own user profiles.
The third-party services built into our Apps (described in section 3) automatically process some technical information on our behalf or on their own behalf. Depending on the App, this can include:
- Device and operating system information, such as model, OS version, language and screen size.
- App version and general app usage and interaction events.
- Advertising identifiers (the Google Advertising ID on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers, IDFA, on iOS) and other pseudonymous identifiers.
- Crash reports and diagnostic information.
- IP address, from which an approximate location (such as country or city) can be derived.
- Information about ad impressions, clicks and other ad interactions.
The services each App actually uses, and the data types involved, are also declared in that App's Data safety section on Google Play and App Privacy section on the App Store.
If a particular App needs additional information to work, for example a photo you choose to edit, we handle it as described in section 5 and in the App itself. Content you create or select in an App stays on your device unless the App clearly tells you it will be sent elsewhere.
3. Third-party services
We use the following services. They process data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not share information with data brokers.
4. Advertising
Some of our Apps are supported by ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use advertising identifiers and other technical information to show ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure results and, where you allow it, personalize ads.
- Android: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device's Google settings.
- iOS: if an App tracks you across other companies' apps and websites, it first shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you until you allow it. If you decline, the App does not access your IDFA or use other identifiers to track you, and ads may be less relevant. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: where the law requires your consent for ads or similar technologies, the App uses a Google-certified consent management platform and shows a consent message before ads that rely on that consent are loaded. You can review or withdraw your choice at any time from the privacy options in the App's settings.
Under some privacy laws, sharing identifiers with advertising partners can be described as "sharing" or "selling" personal information. You can opt out by using the controls above.
5. App permissions and on-device data
An App may ask for a device permission only when a feature needs it, for example the camera, photos, microphone, notifications or location. Each request appears in the App at the time of use, and you can allow or deny it, and change it later in your device settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.
Settings, history and content created or selected in an App are stored on your device. Deleting the App or clearing its data generally removes them, except for copies you saved or exported outside the App, in your photo library, or in device or cloud backups that you control. If an App has a feature that sends content to a server, it will say so in the App before sending.
6. Security
Where information travels between an App and our services or third-party services, we use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections where the service supports them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention and deletion
We do not keep personal user profiles for Apps that have no accounts. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App or clear its data. Information processed by Google AdMob and Firebase is kept according to those providers' retention settings and policies.
If an App ever offers accounts or server-side storage, that App will explain how to delete your account and data inside the App. You may also request deletion by emailing admin@promptlabsglobal.com. We may keep limited information where needed for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information about you, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Residents of California and some other regions may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to be free from discrimination for using these rights.
Because we do not hold identifying profiles of Apps users, we may not be able to link a request to you. To make a request, email admin@promptlabsglobal.com. We will reply within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
9. Children
Our Apps are not directed to children and are not intended for use by children under 13 (or under the higher minimum age that local law sets for consent to data processing), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. International transfers
We operate from Vietnam, and the services we use, such as Google, process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, those providers use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
11. Links to other sites
Our Apps or website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Apps, services or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will also notify you in the App where appropriate.
